Project Information:

This Capital Improvement Program (CIP) project consists of the design and construction of approximately 8,000 linear feet of 8 inch sanitary sewer line to serve the Heatherwood, Royal Oaks, and Twin Creeks subdivisions. This project also includes the following:

• Heatherwood Estates; includes the re-construction of Heatherbrook Ct. and Heather Ln.
• Royal Oaks; includes the re-construction of Royal Oaks Ct.
• Twin Creeks; includes the re-construction of Creekside Dr.
• 1800 feet of sanitary sewer along E. Dove Rd.
• Installation of a 12 inch water line along E. Dove Rd. from Lonesome Dove Rd. to N. Kimball Ave.
• Re-construction of E. Dove Rd. from Lonesome Dove Rd. to N. Kimball Ave.
• Drainage improvements along E. Dove Rd. from Lonesome Dove Rd. to N. Kimball Ave.
• This project was bundled, bid and awarded with the improvements along Pearson Rd. and Primrose Lane.
• Anticipated Completion: Spring 2012
